After boarding the Harbor Lights yacht on (you guessed it) 23rd street, passengers are takin on a scenic route with sweeping views of the city skyline as well as New York’s best sites from the Freedom Tower to the Brooklyn Bridge. As you’re enjoying the festivities, take the time to look out the window-lined interior or head out onto the upper observation deck for the best views.

Boarding begins at 7pm, with the ship departing at 7:30pm. The yacht returns at 10:30pm. Once the cruise is over, your ticket gives you free access to the after party at Doha Nightclub in Long Island City. Then, the party rages on until the club closes.

What to Expect

A Nightmare on 23rd Street’s yacht features a fully-stocked, cash-only bar ready to whip you up any cocktail or drink of your choosing. As you’re enjoying your drink, take your time to walk around the ship and check out some of the most scenic views of New York City.

Different spaces on the ship will feature their own DJ, offering a variety of music to enjoy as you mingle or hang out with your friends. The front of end of the yacht remains open, allowing you to relax under the night sky while taking in the sights.

This party is going to be packed, so keep that in mind. Costumes are encouraged with zero restrictions. However, you do not have to dress up. What you will need is a valid form of ID to enter. No one under 21 is allowed on the boat. Security will check each individual’s ID before departure. There will be a costume contest where one lucky party goer will receive a prize.

After the party is over, you can either head home or attend the after party. Doha Nightclub is a popular venue with plenty of drink options. It’s up to you to find transportation to the club, though.

Ticket Info

You can purchase your tickets for this event through the EventBrite page. Individual tickets start at $25 for the early bird special, heading up to $30 for general admission. Tier 2 admission costs $40, which come with additional drinks. If you get a group of eleven people together, one of you can attend for free by purchasing your tickets together for the price of $300. There are no refunds on any ticket sales.

From the event page’s FAQ, here are a few useful pieces of information:

• You cannot bring any food or drinks onto the boat, the hosts are very strict about this.
• Along with your ID, you’ll need to provide proof of purchase with your confirmation email to get on the boat.
• DJs will play Top 40 hits, EDM, and Hip-Hop genres throughout the night.
• While the after party is schedule at Doha, this is subject to change. The hosts will send you an email if there is a change of plans with information on where the afterparty will be moved to.
