These apartments include barn wood-style flooring, solid core doors, and window treatments.

The kitchens are contemporary and fit for a chef. They have open layouts and white quartz countertops. Glass tile backsplashes and brushed nickel fixtures keep the kitchen chic, and Bosch stainless steel appliances keep the kitchen high-performing. The household foodies will appreciate the Fisher Paykel gas oven in each unit. Under cabinet lighting will make it easier to prep foods. Cleanup will be simple with garbage disposals in the sink.

Private Terrace or Balcony

Some two-bedroom floor plans have private terraces which allow you to see incredible views of New York City. Penthouse B E has a long wrap-around balcony with plenty of room for family and guests to enjoy the views.

11C and 11F are corner floor plans which have a wrap-around terrace, too, that’s a bit shorter but has more depth.

Kitchen Islands

Two-bedroom apartments with kitchen islands are available at Renoir House. In our units, the stove is installed within the kitchen island, giving household members more space to collaborate on cooking. The islands have the same luxury cabinetry and quartz countertops as the rest of the kitchen. They also provide extra storage for pots and pans. Our kitchens flow seamlessly into the living room space to make the kitchen the heart of the home. This is available in floor plan styles 11C, 11F, and 12C.

Big Windows

All two-bedrooms were designed with large windows that are nearly floor-to-ceiling to let in as much light as possible. Natural light is good for the spirit, and these windows with gorgeous views are also perfect for daydreaming.
